Social protection network depends on the principle of social solidarity and it is a noble humanitarian principle which derives from the tendency of human necessities to help the man by man.The project of social protection network emphasizes on the need to provide a decent living for Iraqi poor people to help and mitigate them, so do not push them of needing to beg or to deviate with illegal business so, this project aims that.

This project aims to raise the Iraqi standard of living of poor families, given that the family is the nucleus of society here is reflected human and social dimensions of social protection network in helping the poor and the capacity of the chip size covered by this salary in addition to social, economic and cultural changes that have occurred in family life after giving salary and thus its impact in accelerating the process of development in the community.
