Abstract EN

This study aimed to make analytical comparison between International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and Islamic law.

Inductive analytical legitimacy of the Islamic law texts relating to persons with disabilities, as well as the analysis of the text of the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.comparative approach was employed by showing what in the International Convention and Islamic law.

The study reached several conclusions, including that Islamic law took care of human dignity regardless of the physical condition of its owner, and that the elimination of discrimination was a key pillar in the call to the new religion, and urged the equality did not know the separation system did not consider disability as a defect physical isolation from the surrounding obstacles and knew reasonable attention to detail facilities in the light of the results of the study made a number of recommendations.
