This study aims at identifying the effect of intellectual capital through its dimensions (human capital, structural capital, capital of relations) on the reasons for success through its indicators (clear strategic orientation, efficient and effective implementation, incentive culture, creativity, horizontal regulation, customer satisfaction) In health institutions in Algeria.

The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between investment in intellectual capital and the reasons for strategic success
