Bloody internal conflicts have become the main characteristic of Africa since the beginning of the 1990’s.

These conflicts share some features that make them different from those in other continents.

Actually, African conflicts are seldom well analyzed or thoroughly explained because of the impossibility to separate the causes from their consequences, the fact that makes them difficult to manage or to resolve, and permits their spread.

This is why the African continent knows the largest number of military interventions as the sole convenient means of conflict management, as it is the case in Mali especially after the French intervention African social protracted conflicts, predatory conflicts, harmful social practices, conflict in Mali
