The aim of this study was to detect and demonstrate the improvement of a serious illness, namely, cluster pregnancy A 23-year-old case is suffering from severe death anxiety, as well as high psychological stress.

The results of this study showed that the cognitive-behavioral therapy based on the problem-solving technique has reduced the severity of the perceived psychological stress and the severity of the death anxiety.
