Abstract EN

The researcher obtained a set of results that might be summarized as following :- 1- Most of the debates upon Al-Sheikh Al- Sadooqh experience in Hadith is that he was restricted, in narration, to the chain and, in Hadith,to the text, yet that could not be a disadvantage for the Sheikh, rather it is a confusion of the writers.

2- 2- Discontinuity was common for the early experts for the Imami and non Imami schools, this could not be bad, with the available evidences, to verify the narration.

3- The Imami hagiographers, especially the latest such as Al- Khoo`ey, believed that accepting the narration comes in two topics:- the chain and the text, and to agree upon the Discontinuity depends on the chain rather than the text, which is possible due to the available evidences and the special principles in Al- Sadooqh era, and that is what he had referred to in the introduction depending on famous books.

4- Al- Sadooqh had ascribed the Hadith to the Infallible, and this must depend on emotion or worshipping, the first is usually difficult, so the second must be depending on trusty narrators, and issue become fixed which makes the Hadith discontinued, the conclusion is Al- Sadooqh justice and morals do not allow him to ascribe the Hadith to the Infallible without being depending on a proof which is a trusty narrator, so the validity of these discontinued Hadiths is confirmed.

5- In the introduction of Man La Yahdhrhwo Al faqheeh, Al- Sadooqh had referred that the purpose of collecting the narration is that they are evidences of deduction, so he was cared for the texts dropping the chains to achieve the jurisprudential purpose.

6- For Al- Sadooqh many discontinued narrations had been taken by (wejadah) so the discontinuity has many phases, and his expressions are varied due to his exactness in narrating.

7- Al- Sadooqh discontinued narrations form a great deal of the Imami heritage, to reject them as a whole means to close the science gate and to depend on presumption, the Imamate calls for openness so these narrations must be reconsidered because most of those who work according to the text depends mostly on Al- Sadooqh discontinued narrations.

8- Al- Sadooqh discontinued narrations, on the levels of validity and consideration, are greatly similar to that of Ibn Al- Musaiyb and Al-shafi`ey, for the non Imami, and Ibn abi Omayr, for the Imami, because the accepting standard is one which is their nearness to the text era and that they narrate with trust.
