Abstract EN

This study aims to provide a clear vision of the concept of social safety according to the very God's creation for human and purposes of Islamic law, and shows the importance of this concept and its relationship to the provisions of the Charia.

The study also dealings the fundamentals of social safety and reveals its means of achieving, as well as the institutions that must be sponsored.

The study depends on founding legitimate in the Holy Quran, Sunnah and Islamic jurisprudence during the presentation of the study vocabulary.

The study concluded that social safety is an individual responsibility, therefore, it is necessary to unite the community's efforts to achieve it.
