This study aims to present one of the most important research projects in the field of scientific and technical information in Algeria, namely the national online documentation system.
The latter is created by the national center for studies and research in scientific and technical information.
His product is considered an essential element in the creation of the technological infrastructure to serve the higher education sector and the scientific research and hence the establishment of a knowledge society in Algeria.
This research presents an analysis of the experience of Algeria in the development of a knowledge society that manipulates the results of scientific research and a new economy based on knowledge.

Cette étude vise à présenter l’un des projets de recherche les plus importants dans le domaine de l’information scientifique et technique en Algérie, à savoir le système national de documentation en ligne.
Ce dernier est développé par le centre national d'études et de recherches en informations scientifique et technique et est considéré comme un élément essentiel de l'infrastructure et, par là, l’instauration d'une société de la connaissance en Algérie.
Ce travail de recherche présente une analyse de l'expérience de l'Algérie dans le développement d’une société de la connaissance qui manipule les résultats de la recherche scientifique et la nouvelle économie fondée sur la connaissance.
