The industrial challenges are differ from region to another according to exported counters, the difference is increasing and non coordination in oil policies field (production\ Exportation\ prices) on the other hand in emergent quick growing economies, they seek to extend oil resources in order to support its economic development and ensure energy to citizens.

The industrial accidental counters work on ensure their reserves and supplies thus, under shadow of this difference, it has taken Measures and Applied on individual policies especially by exported \ imported countries this in order to ensure the supply and the secreting of supplies.
