Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the extent of knowledge of sports teachers participating in King Abdulla award for Physical Fitness about comprehensive quality requirements from the view of their directors.

A questionnaire is the means used by the researcher in collecting data about five domains (Leadership, Strategic Planning, Training and Progressing Development, Information Technology, Caring for Students).

The study population consisted of the schools of Amman governorate participating in the Award Program- (276) schools.

The results of the study showed that the knowledge of sports' teachers participating in King Abdulla award for Physical Fitness is moderate except leadership domain which has marked a high degree
