Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of the practical education program in providing technological skills to the students at Yarmouk University.

Also, the study purposed to explore the impact of student’s gender, training area, student’s average score, and the evaluation to the Practical Training Program domains.

A descriptive cross sectional study using a survey was used to collect the data from (169) students as a purposed sample and (134) students as a random sample as (79%) of the study’s population.

The questionnaire consists of (45) items, the researchers assured its validity and reliability.

The results showed that the degree of impact of Practical Training Program in the Department of Elementary Education at Yarmouk University was (large) ;moreover, the study found that there were statistically significant differences (α= 0.05) on the vocational counseling and orientation domain due to student’s gender and average score
