Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the impact of the necessary administrative requirements for the application of e-government and its impact on the quality of services provided by the Jordanian civil service from the viewpoint of employees, and to achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was built for the purpose of data collection, and a simple random sample was withdrawn from a population of (582) employees.

The statistical package for social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data The study found that it is important to recognize the workers in the civil service level towards the availability of qualified e-government human resources and provide the application of e-government administrative requirements the average level and the perception level workers in the civil service towards the type of service provided a high level, and that the availability of qualified human resources e-government, and provide for the application of e-government have a role in improving the type of service provided in the civil service and administrative requirements.

The study made a series of recommendations, including: the need to focus on the application of e-government, which is used by modern technological means administrative requirements that it is investigating the accuracy and speed in the delivery of the requested information in a timely manner, and work on the development of private work within the Jordanian ministries and keep the channels of communication databases open with beneficiaries to see how the quality of government services are provided to them
