Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the impact of proposed training program on rolling and shooting the ball development of football players at the second league in West Bank.

For the purposes of this study, the experimental approach was applied.

Study sample, within one experimental group, consisted of (N= 22) football players who were selected intentionally from Jorah Shamah Sport Club.

For data analysis, the researchers used means, standard deviation, and t-test.

The results showed a significant impact of the proposed training program on rolling and shooting the ball development of the football players at the second league in West Bank.

The researchers recommend that football coaches should use the suggested program for football skills improvement in general, and rolling and shooting skills specifically
