The purpose of this paper was to study the impact of internal marketing on banking organization citizenship behavior in Khartoum state، The survey method was used through questionnaire, and the data were collected from non probability sample construct from (300) respondents of targeted bank, where response rate was (91%)، and the hypotheses were tested by using multiple regression and The results of the study showed that there is a positive relationship between internal marketing and Organization citizenship behavior but the proportion of the effect varies from variable to another، The study concluded that there are number of theoretical and practical recommendations for decision makers and future studies
