This research paper attempted to highlight the effectiveness of the computerized health information system, how they contribute to medical decision-making, and to determine the availability of information and its readiness to use.

We relied on the case study methodology by analyzing the reality of the accredited health information system.

In addition to interviewing with some managing doctors, we also used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data where the sample studied represented information system users (doctors) using 15 analyzable questionnaires, as we found that the institution has a good health information system in terms of components and it contributes to the effectiveness of medical decisions by providing information Which related to the patient or the possibilities available at the appropriate time and accuracy
