Letters have an important role in changing the meaning of sentences and phrases.

Each of them has different meanings that implies the structure and composition of the meanings.

Jar letters in Arabic play an important role in expressing meaning or changing it- Although they do not have an independent meaning apart from sentence, but we understand their meanings through the formulation and combination of sentences.

So in this research, we will examine the two letters of these letters in the Holy Quran, the two letters being the (?? ) and .( ??) The first part defines these two letters, then in the second part, the meanings of these two letters are examined.

Then, based on the comparative analytical method, we analyze their meanings in some verses of the Holy Qur'an.

The most important achievements of this essay are that: The syntactic scholars have mentioned one meaning for these two letters and then mentioned several meanings.

But there are also common meanings between them.

But since the Holy Qur'an is the miracle of Allah Almighty, then every word has a special meaning and implications in the context of the sentence
