Abstract EN

This study came to highlight the importance of balanced scorecard to measure and evaluate the performance of economic institutions, the cost element as an integrated model based on a combination of financial and non-financial indicators used in tracking the results of past and future establishment alike and distributed over four basic dimensions (financial dimension, after customers, after internal processes, learning and growth .( On this basis the question came study as follows: How can I use balanced labour market assessment alaaa card holders Algeria mobile?, where the aim of the study to identify and highlight the importance of balance scorecard in evaluating the performance of economic institutions, and how to use financial and non-financial indicators in the process.

The most important outcome of this study is to improve the performance of permanent growth and market the length of study, as I let the card indexes compare the performance of the three institutions (djezzy mobilis, Ooredoo), working in the mobile services market in Algeria.

In the latter study recommended the need to publicize the importance of model scorecard to track results of economic institutions, and to require its institutions if possible.
