T his article aims to study one of the most important crises currently known in the Arab Maghreb region, Which is terrorism.

The study focuses on the origin and evolution of the crime of terrorism and its political, economic, security and social repercussions.

It also proposes the enumeration of the different preventive and curative mechanisms adopted by Algeria to combat the crimes of terrorism in the Sahel and Maghreb region
