Abstract EN

This study was aimed to investigate the extent of effects of the Israeli siege on the training system of the Palestinian Athletics Federation in the southern governorates The researcher used the descriptive method, and the research sample was (49) from the administrative and players and coaches, representing (63%) of the original's sampling study, which was (78).

The results show that the effects of the Israeli Siege on the training system of the Palestinian Athletics Federation in the southern governorates were found medium with a percentage of (48.84%), whereas the training methods were the most with a percentage of (55%), the facilities were the second with a percentage of (49.6%), the preparations and competitions were ranked the third with a percentage of (49%), the financial support were ranked the fourth with a percentage of (45.8%), and the psychological aspect was ranked the lowest with a percentage of (44.8%).
