This article aims to show the importance of Islamic finance in the modern financial transactions in order to control funds.

Islamic finance is the most important source of profits which are resulting from the various forms of investment in various fields .As: Industry, Trade, Real Estate, and other forms of Islamic finance.

Where Islamic financing formulas as : Payoff, Sharing and Speculation and others processes are different from and other Islamic financing modes.So that, The governance of Islamic financial institutions provides added values by enhancing the protection of depositors’s and investors rights, facilitating the provision of finance and financial services, reducing the capital’s cost, and increasing the safety of these institutions when are facing of external shocks.

Thus, governance is working to achieve stability and safety for Islamic financial institutions by providing a legal oversight on Islamic finance.
