Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of the consolidated loans on the profitability of banks' non-performing loans in the Jordanian commercial banks, it also aimed to demonstrate the obstacles faced by banks and borrowers.

The study sample consisted of 25% of the commercial banks of Jordan represented by the Arab Bank, Cairo Amman Bank, Jordan Kuwait Bank; out of 16 banking institutions.

The purpose of this study sample mentioned to provide the necessary information for the study found that the pooled loans are considered large funding source, especially for special projects.

The syndicated loan and the profit and non-performing loans Jordanian commercial banks came as static variables, which showed it integrated variables of the first degree and that the relationship between the two long-term balanced relationship.

There is a trace of the loans pooled on each of Commercial banks' profits, and non-performing loans.

And that the loans bundled independent him with a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable Commercial banks' profits, and the indication that the loans bundled her big consideration with commercial banks of their active role in raising the profits of commercial banks in the Jordanian level.

The study also GET fact that the Jordanian economy and its various acknowledge that syndicated loan market development in Jordan under the control and supervision of the Central Bank could enhance the participation of the banking sector in financing the country's infrastructure and industrial projects and public sector companies loss-making projects.
