Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the sport professionalism in identify the sport professionalism in the reality of training and quality perspective in both Palestine and Algeria.

To achieve the objective of the study a sample from Palestine and Algeria was taken where the researchers selected the hero team countries with (16) players from Palestine and (16) players from Algeria – In order of reach the goal of the study the researchers used a questionnaire tool from their own design which included (70) paragraph distributed on (8) axes included training.

Coach, club management, possibilities, health services, Social psychology, Media, economical.

The study reached to the following important results: The level of the volleyball training for the disabled according to the training axes "training, possibilities, media, economical" in Algeria were closer to the quality training than in Gaza strip- Palestine with a big difference, the results also showed slight differences in the level of other axes which are coach, club management Social psychology, The results of the two countries are the same in the axis of health for both Palestine and Algeria.

As presented the researchers found that the quality of training in Palestine is very low which impedes the progress of the professional level for the Palestinian teams in a comparison with Algeria- Based on these results the researchers re commended with several recommendations the most important: create more sports facilities and clubs for the volleyball Sea ting especially in Palestine So that they are equipped with scientific and technological means.

Make adequate media coverage for the disabled sports, especially the volleyball seating.
