Abstract EN
Research aimed to identify the management of knowledge, according to to comprehensive quality standards of teachers of biology.
The community contained of Biology teachers (173) in Diwaniyah city, 80 teachers ware selected randomly as a sample for the research.
the researcher used the descriptive method for suitability for research purposes.
A questionnaire built by the research consisting of (2) items divided into for processes.
with in three levels degree: (large, medium, low) and processes are ((knowledge generation, storage, dissemination and application) and after making sure of the validity and reliability of the search tool applied on the research sample by distribution to the research sample and after collecting the forms have been entered data in the SPSS to be statistically treatment the researcher used the average, t-test and pear sons correlation coefficient and Cronbachs alpha coefficient, ANOVA, TUKEY, research shows that there is interest in operations management knowledge among teachers of Biology in light of the quality standards due to social and economic stability.
the researcher recommended the need to support the school Administrations for teachers and encourage them in dssiemination of their scientific research and consider the possibility of their application.
