Abstract EN

This study aimed at exploring the impact of the individual ethical values on the job performance of the employees at the Yemeni University of Science and Technology.

The Researchers used the questionnaire as the prime tool for gathering data, which was processed by (SPSS), besides using the descriptive analytical method to answer the study questions and to test its hypotheses.

The statistical analysis results showed the existence of a positive significant impact between the dimensions of individual ethical values (Honesty, Dignity, Faithfulness, Patience, Integrity, and Fairness) and the Job Performance.

Furthermore, the more these values had been strengthened, the more impact they have.

The study emphasized the importance of the University administration to continue strengthening and asserting the ethical values among its employees due to its positive impact on their performance
