Abstract EN

This study aimed to prepare a program proposal for the development of some of the teaching competencies necessary for teachers of the deaf.

Disclosure of the effectiveness of the proposed program and Check the continuity of the effectiveness of the proposed program.

The study sample consisted of 28 teachers of the Deaf from elementary school district Arar, from obtaining a Bachelor of Special Education, The study sample was divided into two groups: A control group; does not apply to the training program and the number (14) teacher.

Experimental group; applied to the training program and the number (14) teacher.

Tools included a study on the note card teaching competencies for teachers of the deaf / prepare researchers, The training program is proposed for the development of teaching competencies for teachers of the deaf/ prepare researchers.

The study used a quasi- experimental approach, which aims to examine the impact of an experimental variable ( the independent variable), a training program proposed in ( the dependent variable) the development of some of the teaching competencies necessary for teachers of the deaf.
