This paper aims to clarify the concept of Al-tawjeeh Al-iarabi and its connection with the various views of parsing.

it also focuses on the restrictions of Al-tawjeeh Al-iarabi, its reasons, why grammarians viewed it differently.

Moreover, the paper underscores the desired results of the variation of Al-tawjeeh Al-iarabi which give grammarians the opportunity to express their own syntactic views, check the other available views, and provide them with the rules that they should apply.

The most important outcomes of the research are: Clarifying the concept ‘Altawjeeh Al-Iraabi’ and showing why it is neede Deducing the norms of Altawjeeh Al-Iraabi, which are: The parsed word should be grammatically and semantically correct.
