This study aimed at identify the reality of applying the governmental unified cadre and its relationship with the performance of employees at Al-Aqsa university in the Gaza Strip, the study sample consisted of (255) employees from Al-Aqsa University (250) questionnaires were withdrawn, namely the withdrawal rate was 98.03%.
after examining the questionnaires ,the researchers did not exclude any questionnaire ,thus the number of questionnaires under the study was(250).
The researchers adopted analytical descriptive method based on the description of a phenomenon to provide the relevant explanations .They also adopted the method of questionnaire to collect data from the study sample .The most important results of the study are there is no level for the unified government cadre at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza Strip, Lack of employees satisfaction with the salary according to the unified government cadre.
The most important recommendations of the study are Working towards applying the unified government cadre to all employees at Al-Aqsa University and treating them equally with their colleagues in public universities, Working towards forming a supervisory committee that follows up the problems related to the application of the unified government cadre, thereby providing equitable solutions.
Working towards establishing the principle of justice in applying the unified government cadre concerning bonuses ,promotions and end of services rewards as well as its linkage to the high cost of living.
