تهدف الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الأنشطة التربوية في مرحلة رياض الأطفال في الوطن العربي، تستخدم الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأدواته المختلفة للوقوف بالوصف و التحليل العميق لبعض أداءات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال مع الاستعانة ببعض المعايير القومية في مرحلة رياض الأطفال و الاسترشاد بنموذج شارلوت دانيلسون Charlotte Danielson و تحليله و استنتاج المجالات و المعايير و المؤشرات و مقاييس للحكم على أداء مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، كما استعانت بالمنهج التجريبي و تصميماته التجريبية المختلفة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 54 معلمة من معلمات مرحلة رياض الأطفال في منطقة العين التعليمية بإمارة أبو ظبي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، و تم تقويم تلك المعلمات من وجهة نظر 11 من مديرات الروضات، التي اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية، أمكن وضع التصور المقترح مراعيا : الوقت، طول الفترة الزمنية، النشاط التربوي، القائمين بالتنفيذ، الأدوات المطلوبة، طرائق تطوير الأنشطة التربوية في مرحلة رياض الأطفال.
Abstract EN
The study applied the descriptive analytical approach with its various tools for description and analysis on a number of performances of kindergarten institutions, using a number of national criteria in the kindergarten stage, in light of Charlotte Danielson’s model.
The study sample consists of 54 kindergarten teachers in Al-Ain educational area, Abu Dhabi, (U.
A.
E) these teachers were evaluated from the viewpoints of 11 kindergarten directors, selected randomly.
In light of the above, it was possible to develop a proposed perspective for the roadmap to develop educational activities in the kindergarten stage in the Arab world, taking into consideration : the time, length of the time period, educational activity, those in charge of implementation, required tools and methods of developing educational activities in the kindergarten stage.
