Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational loyalty among workers in the commercial banks within the city of Benghazi, also determine whether there are significant differences between the level of organizational justice in those banks and between organizational loyalty among workers, then try provide recommendations to increase or improve the level of a regulatory or a sense of justice in the commercial banks, in order to enhance the level of organizational loyalty among workers and raise the performance level of manpower, thus contributing to achieving the desired objectives of these banks .

The study population consisted of all workers in various organizational levels within the public commercial banks inside the city of Benghazi which constituent older than 40 years (Unit-Sahari-The National commercial- The Republic).

As applied to this study on a sample of (1415) employees, about(11.34%) of the study original of about (12476) staff member, has been selected a stratified random samble of (302) workers of all grades and job titles ranged between(Manager, Head prime section,employees), The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which consisted of three parts, have been allocated the first part of the personal information about the employees and has six paragraphs, and the second part variables of organizational justice and twenty-three paragraph, and part III for variables organizational loyalty and the thirty-two paragraph.

Researchers also used the SPSS program for statistical analysis.

The sudy found a number of the most important results: 1.

That there is a high level of organizational loyalty among workers estimated banks (71.16%) was expressed by the sample respondents their views.

2.

That there is a relatively average level for the existence of organizational justice is estimated at banks (64.8%).

3.

And there is a strong correlation between organizational justice and organizational loyalty in the commercial banks.

In light of the findings of the study, the researchers recommended a set of recommendations including: 1.

The need to develop and increase the awareness of staff for three types of organizational justice distributive, procedural and transactional.

2.

Work on developing a mechanism for distributing financial incentives to subordinates on the basis o clear and fair, appropriate and understood and accepted by workers and linked their needs.

3.

A system of special deals with personnel problems and complaints and strengthen a culture of belonging for work and loyalty to the organization, and upgrading to consolidate the concepts of organizational justice more than median case, which is now, by increasing awareness of them and holding training and educational courses for them.
