Address the study was to determine the actual role played by civil society organizations for the development of social capital as well as the obstacles to this role.

The study aimed to detect the factors affecting the development of social capital and identify the sources of social capital and stand on the role of NGOs for the development of social capital and to identify the impediments to the role of NGOs for the development of social capital.

study Questions - What are the factors affecting the development of social capital ? -What sources of social capital, in NGOs ? -What is the role of NGOs for the development of social capital ? -What is the role of NGOs obstacles to the development of social capital? descriptive study, using both qualitative and approach of "case study approach" and quantitative approach represented by the social survey sample.

And study tools is a case study guide , questionnaire beneficiaries and interview guide for the leaders of associations, interview guide for volunteers.

The study sample is (512) single.

Time domain from 1/1/2011 to 30/12/2011.

Results of the study - weakness the participation of young people less than 40 years in the voluntary activities of NGOs - CDAs have a high efficiency of communication , unlike the associations of a religious nature are associations and idiosyncratic.

-sources of funding for associations of a religious nature rely solely on donations members of the community who are able , and the contributions of members of the Assembly.
