Nowadays, organizations witness many challenges thus they intensify their efforts to achieve their goals and maintain their status, and this requires human ressources to seek their survival.

These organizations attached special attention as training personnals and motivate them with the condition of commitment, this latter is essential for achieving organizational effectiveness.

Accordingly, the aim of our study was to identify the organizational commitment in the Algerian organization and mainly the cadre’s Fertial fertilizers.
