This research deals with the problem of the role of the Malaysian regulatory bodies in the development and revitalization of the stock market "model Islamic capital market, through the role played by the Malaysian Securities Commission, and the Shariah Advisory Council in the development of Islamic capital market to provide legal, tax and regulatory environment, and put a little legitimacy on financial dealings.

We review the last most important ways to take advantage of this experience for developing countries to re-sent, or where financial market development.
