Abstract EN

This paper is an attempt to shed the light in the reality of the means of epayment in Algerian banks.

As a result of the technology evolution of information and telecommunication in the presence of digital economy, a host of changes in the field of banking employment happened, this fact leads to the emergence of the means of e-banking as services for e-banking that banks resorted to follow in order to enhance its performance to wards its customers in order to reach new markets, gain customer’s satisfaction and attract new market share, especially in the presence of competition.
