This study aims to identify the role of the financial market efficiency in the allocation of investments.
to achieve this goal has been to study the Saudi financial market situation as a sample of the Arab financial markets, where efficiency test by studying the evolution of market indicators, were also analyzed the allocation of investments in which indicators were reached to the need to undertake several measures to improve the efficiency of the Saudi financial market, which will have a positive impact in improving its ability to allocate investments
