Abstract EN

this study aims at finding out impact of organizational change on the performance of the employees of Sijico company in Skikda.

In order to apply this research we have distributed a questionnaire on all the workers whose number is 31 after the collection of questionnaires we got just 25 valid forms through the use of ( SPSS – 22) we analyzed the collected data .

At the end this study finds out that there is a relation between the organizational change and performance of the workers
