Abstract EN

In this study, we will try todetect the effect of emotional intelligence in activating the communication process between the official and his staff at the Sonlegaz Foundation in the state of Tiaret.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method .was used through the application Emotional Intelligence Scale (Emotional Knowledge, Emotional Management, Emotional Regulation, Emotional Sensitivity, Social Communication) and Organizational Communication questionnaire prepared by the researcher ona sample of 40 employees.

The study found a statistically significant correlation between emotional intelligence and organizational communication between the official and his staff at theSonalgaz ,Fernanda Unit - Tiaret State
