The concept of political reform Is related to the democracy closely linked in democratic regimes that are adapted to the needs of the political field, which is expressed on the various developments in the emerging social formations, While this reform in the surrounding countries limited to the circumstantial and mechanism of democratic margins for the production of the same political system and create the balance of its Continuity.

This study comes in the context of an attempt to study the causes and the content of the new political reforms that have taken place in Morocco,in light of the protests and demands that called for the need to work on changing the prevailing reality, by opening the way for a wider participation of the different classes of society in the political process as well as to ensure that the rights and freedoms of individuals.
