This article discussion the important topic of strategic management and on the existing controversy about who comes first does the strategy or organizational structure ; and has been present the views of various thinkers supporters of the primacy of the organisational structure (restructuring) and their evidence on the one hand, and on the other hand the opinions of scholars sopporters of the primacy of the strategy and their evidence , to get that the relationship between the two comlementary and interactive and constantly, where the change in one imposes a change in the other in order to achieve the necessary harmony in the organization which allows the achievement of goals
