Aims: The study aims to identify the perception a Sample Of Nursery Teachers to the culture of citizenship as reflected in movies Egyptian study relied on survey methodology, and used newspaper questionnaire applied to a sample of (400 single) aged (18- 21) years, were distributed evenly faculties of kindergarten in (Port Said University, Ain Shams University) in the governorates of Cairo, Port Said, from a sample of Nursery teachers.

Results: The high proportion of watching movies from a sample of nursery teachers, whether resident or residents in Port Said in Cairo, we find that the percentage 64.3% of respondents watching movies always, that the percentage 35.8% of them watching it sometimes.

The presence of statistically significant differences between the weak nursery teachers living in Cairo and Port Said in their interest to see citizenship issues which are raised by the movies.

That the culture of citizenship from the perspective of Nursery Teachers come being social culture by watching movies that deal with the issue of citizenship, according to the University, followed in second place full membership and equal participation in society, followed by human movement daily participants and a fighter for rights in third place.

That the most important rights provided by the films that dealt with the rights of citizenship in our society and Egyptian supplied Nursery Teachers with information not known are: the right of citizenship, and the right of freedom of worship practices, the right to political participation.
