Nowadays, the world production is no longer associated with both foreign direct investment and foreign trade, the international firms have begun applying new methods of production by coordinating their activities in the host countries through the influence of their departments in these countries without own shares in capital of these firms.

Due to the importance of this subject, this paper came to shed light on forms of investment based on non contribution in the capital and its impact on development in the host countries
