Abstract EN
The aim of this research is to study the relationship between Quality of Work Life (QWL) and employees' satisfaction in hotels.
Questionnaires were distributed among employees at five-- star hotels in Cairo.
The results showed that the quality of work life attributes have a significant effect on employees' satisfaction in general, and especially these attributers (adequate income and fair compensation, and safe and healthy working conditions) that have the largest effect on employees' satisfaction.
Based on the results, the study suggested some recommendations for hotels to improve the quality of work life in order to increase employees' satisfaction.
