The private sector plays a key role and an important role in the process of operating and development from the economic vision is a leading sector and effective highly competitive key works as a generator of income، and to provide gainful employment opportunities for citizens، and bear social responsibilities towards the community.

With the growing conviction the need for the private sector plays an important role in the process of economic and social، this results in social responsibilities to the communities at the national and regional levels، and to the consumers and workers at the local level، and therefore on the private sector to meet what is expected of it، and through the provision of the ideal of good governance and transparent، and do not harm the environment and health of workers and consumers، and respect for human users، and increase their knowledge and expertise، as well as to pay the consequent benefits، and work to respect the laws and regulations.

The current study seeks to identify the reality of corporate social responsibility at the local level towards their workers، and the fact that this represents the pros and cons; through a set of sub-goals and the questions adopted by the study.

And the study of descriptive studies of analytical method of the social survey of two samples from labor groups (300 single)، and leadership (100 single) in a number of industrial establishments representing the industrial sector in Jeddah، The study was based on the resolution as a key tool in the search، in addition to the Note and record the reality of behavior administrative and human relations at work during the field visits to collect study data، as well as interviews inhalers and semi inhalers for a sample of experts and professionals in the industry to the private sector.

One of the main findings of her study، there is awareness of the labor groups and leaders of the importance of social responsibility، adoption of the leadership at some of the means and methods to meet the needs of labor groups، in addition to the presence of some of the services provided by the private sector of the labor categories، the study also showed the presence of some obstacles facing the private sector in achieving its social responsibility towards the labor groups.
