The studies of Islamic rooting for legal provisions are considering the most important mean to link the Islamic nation on their religion and history.

Sharia includes the necessary provisions and rules to regulate all relationships in society.

But the problem lies in the fact that these provisions are not available properly.

So the legislature cannot take advantage of them as they should.

So he forced to take legal provisions from other source than sharia This studies came to show the concept of Islamic rooting for legal provisions, the fact of the studies of Islamic rooting for legal provisions, the way and means to support it.

This study concluded several results the most important of them are the necessary for concerted efforts to do this studies, and ensure that this studies are effective and we can achieve expected results from them.

We can do so through several ways, the most important of them are to encourage researchers and universities to do more efforts to reach better results in this area, in addition to establishing a center or institution specialized in the Islamic rooting for legal provisions.
