This study was to feature the level of Self-burnout amongst teachers in special education schools, and it’s direct influence on teacher’s behavior, and it’s reflection on educator`s personality.

In addition; the results will show solutions that will help teachers to deal with burnout and protect them from it.The study used (Maslach Burnout Inventory MBI) Scale, for psychological combustible.It is made of 22 paragraphs, relating to the individual consciously feeling about teacher’s profession.

The scale has three stages.

The three stages are) Emotional Exhaustion- Depersonalization-Deficiency of Personal Accomplishment( The results were as follows:  All special needs teacher suffer from self-burnout (medium level) in all special education schools.

 Results of Special Education Schools showed that teachers suffer from psychological combustion of the average level (medium influence).

 There were statistical different results in relation to the levels of Depersonalization and a sense of a Deficiency of Personal Accomplishment, at all schools (the three schools mentioned above).

 No individual variations in the results in relation to the personal differences between teachers such as sex, years of experience or filed of specialty.
