The present study aimed at knowing the attitudes of teachers intellectual education about their profession in light of some variables: (gender, educational qualification, and teaching experience).
The study sample consisted of (224) teachers who work in programs and institutes of Intellectual Education in Riyadh.
The study sample age vary between (25-45) years with an average of (35.6 year), and standard deviation of (1.2).
The study sample included (156) male teachers and (68) female teachers.
To fulfill the study aim, the study tool attitude profession questionnaire has been developed (Researcher prepared) .
The results of the study showed that there were moderate attitude among teachers of intellectual education about their profession.
Also, The results of the study showed that There were significant differences in the response of teachers according to their gender in favor of female teacher, and there were significant differences in the responses of teachers according to their educational qualification in favor of teachers who hold a higher than a bachelor degree.
Moreover, the results of the study showed that there were significant differences in the responses of teachers according to their teaching experience in favor teachers who had more teaching experience
