The aim of the present study is to explore training needs of the supervisors of deaf and hard of hearing pupils’ teachers in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The study sample consisted of all teachers’ supervisors of deaf and hard of hearing in the general administration of special education (boys – girls) in ministry of education and education district (boys – girls), who were 32 supervisors in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al-Dammam, in the first term of the academic year 1431-1432 H.

By using the descriptive method, the study concluded the following results.

The tendency of the study sample to estimate their training needs in the cognitive domain as “very large”, as they needed to acquire the recent directions in educational evaluation.

The teachers’ great need to acquire the skill of dealing with deaf and hard of hearing pupils with cochlear implant.

The present study showed the study sample needs which include developing the attitudes related to supervision, development of tests and measurements which show deaf and hard of hearing abilities, tracing everything new in the field of educational supervision, motivating teachers of deaf and hard of hearing to apply the individual educational program and making use of evaluation outcomes in the development of educational process, and finally, benefiting from research findings in developing the education of deaf and hard of hearing.

The study found no significant differences between the responses of the study sample towards training needs due to primary variables.
