The purpose of The current study is to emphasize the influencing factors to development of the origins of special education in a group of developed countries, The study used the qualitative analytical method, The study analyzed the cultural, political, economic and social philosophies that contributed to the emergence of special education through different centuries in a historical context, By comparing the status of special education in a group of countries such as England, France and the United States of America in order to create an integrated picture of the origins of special education in those countries.
