Waciny Laredj forecasted the Arabs’ future situation by writing a narrative inspired from the dominant reality, where he showed the Arab’s suffering represented by the hero in “Straying and Alienation” through recycle history.

Waciny produced a creative work in which he tried to form a new awareness of the self, the identity, and the future.

The main questions on which this study was built are: To what extent narrative writing reflects the reality of life? How can it be absorbed at its multiple levels and the importance it poses? What are the mechanisms adopted by the writer in his investment of reality? What are the readings he gave as a thinker and a critic?
