The present study attempts to give a sociological view on the formation or formation of professional identity in the category of university degree holders in the labor market. The identity as a cognitive, material and cultural formation reveals the subjective perceptions of the future as a conscious and objective professional project to achieve professional and social aspirations. This social complex emphasized the fact of the crisis of identity associated with this youth group as a result of local and other changes related to the political systems and economic development projects, the latest leaps of quality at the level of educational and vocational paths and on the level of labor market requirements, in light of these economic and global changes have emerged professional identities in their relationship Social structures as traditional cultural models and rational development projects aimed at the transition to a liberal economic system. The social reality revealed the real reasons for the existence of an identity crisis associated with the youth of the certificate holders embodied in the nature of youthful speeches that combine the feeling of disappointment with the dispersion, confusion and anxiety of the professional and social future, which has not yet gained its right to prove its professional and social. The personal image of a career project and the future of life has lost control of its realization in the light of social reality as a professional practice that gives its place and role within social construction. In this sense, the identity crisis is the result of a clash between the professional and cultural knowledge of the traditional and the special and the requirements of modernity in the labor market, unlike in previous periods, where this category was worthy of status and the role of prestigious social, political and economic construction. Therefore, this study aims to study the formation of the professional identity of university degree holders in relation to the labor market. From the perspective of studying the relationship between the cognitive and cultural composition of the self as self-tracks and the requirements of the labor market in its economic and rational organization and projects to reach an explanation and knowledge of the factors contributing to the formation of this identity, Because the real role of identity to achieve continuity and adaptation between the components of knowledge inherent in the human self as values and knowledge and external events as a social reality
