This Study aimed to examine the relationship between the export for Free Zones and the flow of foreign direct investment in the United Arab Emirates and by using this method of simultaneous integration, during the period (1990-2013).
It was found through analysis of a long-run equilibrium relationship between the total export for Free Zones and the flow of foreign direct investment in the United Arab Emirates during the period in question to study, and it was likely explanation for that adoption of the UAE government prudent policy is to encourage free trade and attracting foreign direct investment.
In this context has been established (36) free zone, distributed in the various emirates and investment flows seen in a number of industrial, commercial and service.
